Its fine roll it out to the private sector.

Here is the link. I have ran myself through with the most stringent answers I could take as in (NO BENEFIT OF THE DOUBT TO ANY QUESTIONS) I said no to Right of Substitution and engaging helpers and I still passed the test by question 11

I wish they had written that test 15 years ago...

Straight forward right of substitution puts you outside.

Yep, I put in the way I work and didn't put an ROS either and it came up outside

Now, where I currently am ROS would have a high chance of actually being possible.
I wouldn't be able to say that for 100% of the clients I work with, but the role is specialised which make ROS easier.

It's gone altogether now. Splendid implementation, well done Hector.

              Working for me.

RoS puts you out, as does fixing cock ups at own time/cost.
Those are as far as I've got in saying outside...It's like one of those old adventure game books...

Unable to determine the tax status of this engagement

I had a quick play with it. Glad to see the rumour I had heard (see other thread) has been implemented - namely if you are not filling an otherwise permanent role then you are most of the way to being deemed outside IR35. That may seem obvious to us but until very recently it wasn't included.

one important question is ( I think its 7):-

Once the worker starts the engagement, can the end client decide how the work is done?

Answer 1) The worker decides how the work needs to be done without any input from the end client rapidly gives you an out decision when you hit 9
Answer 4) The end client can't decide how the work needs to be done because it's a highly skilled role causes problems....
