The agency say similar that it's not mandatory, I would need to agree to doing it with the client etc. I can't see how I could not do it if client wanted to pre-my leaving end of March. Perhaps tomorrow is resignation day

      Why not?

It keeps every other contractor on their toes.

I have been told the tool in anonymous, so what is the problem? Besides the new rules come into force in April and regardless who plays with the tool whenever it is irrelevant before April.
        Don't worry about that.

Maybe, but at least I know what I'm talking about. But it's your funeral - or tax bill, at least.

You really know tulip. If you knew you would've explained how a legislation which is not yet in force will be applied.

OK, now I know you're a joke. If you wait until "the legislation is in force" you will be far too late to do anything about it, including mitigating the risk of your current and previous contracts being reassessed as inside IR35. Advising others that they don't have to worry yet is wrong and irresponsible. Harsh reality is you have around 12 days to take action, but I'll leave you to work out why.

Your call, I really don't care.
