Hays sure did provide a full list. This was my 1st contact and they advised me to use cascade as they have close ties/ know eachother well. I ws told that the reason the list of companies are on their list was due to passing due diligance and Hays would cover any lost wages. If cascade are on their psl list surley they condone the setup/system. Very starange after the december 2010 they only just found out the Hays thing ..
I have been assured by Sean everything is above board and have nothing to worry about. This is just a massive fishing trip etc.
That is strange. I had the same problem with Hays but Hays did not allowed me to use cascade. I was really pi55ed with them for telling me this after I had resigned from my contract and thus did not agree with and lost the contract. Strange that they asked you to use cascade.
Anyways, I don't think Hays would be liable as they must have given you a list of umbrella's you could use.
I also did received the letter in Dec 12 for 10/11 tax return which KS replied. It is really wait and see how this shapes up with HMRC. After Dec 2010 law change I was thinking all this is behind us but seems like HMRC is in habit of "crying over spilled milk".
Please PM (private message) costo and keep joining the group. Those already in, please keep spreading the word about our group. It is best interest of all to be together on this
Received the letter on 14th Feb, contacted Cascade directly and was told to provide 08\09 Tax return and discovery letter to Kingston Smith who are acting on Cascades behalf.
