On a different note, any opinions greatly received as to choice of going with David Kirk or Qdos.
The same here as well, no response at all from Boox.

I've just signed with Qdos as i wanted to get my NI appeal off directly. The David Kirk group looks good so may consider later following test cases.

I was rather under the impression that HMRC could only send out documents to limited companies at the address that Companies House hold, and that Companies House would in fact update HMRC.

Under such circumstances anything that has been sent to the old address may well be “invalid”.

If it's beyond April 24th 2022 then you are in the clear, if it is less than that then the amount if fully payable, and I'm surprised HMRC haven't followed it up, but then again nothing surprises me about this mess.

If your date of issue is before the deadline, get some specialist help as you have missed the 'stood over' appeal date.
Thanks for this. My 17/18 letter was dated 25 March 2022 and I appealed this with Boox on 19 April 2022 via email with no confirmation of receipt from HMRC. On 12 May Boox emailed saying 'HMRC have now confirmed that they have received a number of appeals, that these are valid and that the charges in these cases are ‘stood over’. This means that they will not actively progress those cases until further work has been completed.' Since then I have taken no further action; doesthis mean I have missed the stood over date?

Hopefully that means if they sent any more demands to boox I can say they are null and void

Boox just emailed an hour ago with all my missing Reg 80 letters (and a new drafted appeal template). Would've been nice to get them a little earlier Hope those who are still missing their letters will get them soon.

Did you get the Reg 80 letters for 18/19 and 19/20 from Boox? I've only had the 17/18 tax year?

You will likely get the 18/19 in March
