Actually he did help lots of people get longer TTPs with HMRC before they became so accommodating. I suggest you carefully consider what you post about people on an open forum especially when you start throwing libellous comments about.
Just because this is an internet forum doesnt mean you can commit unfounded comments to print. I'll leave the rest to the mods.Comment

Im just surprised the mods here are permitting such unsubstantiated claims to be made opening the site up to litigation.
Like I have said before, he has helped numerous people in their fight with HMRC. He wont be the first, nor last, to crack under the massive pressure of trying to help as many people as he can while also fighting off his former employers, HMRC.

PM Tax Consulting Limited (Company number 11372173) has nothing to do with Phil Manley as that company checks out as a completely bona fida company belonging to someone with a 5+ year old linkedIn profile that completely matches the history of that company.
It seems that Phil was trading using the name PM Tax Consulting and was so sloppy that his trading name was also listed as the company's actual name elsewhere on the invoices when it should have been PMTC Limited.
Going beyond that it also seems that Phil was either promising things that weren't possible or taking on too much work in the time frame available given HMRC's 30th September deadline - which is why everything has come to a head.
However that is overridden by my no 1 rule when it comes to anything to do with these schemes - anyone who appears in the same sentence as Mr Venerables "QC" will instantly be filed by me into the dodgy and to be avoided section.merely at clientco for the entertainmentComment

Anyway, in the initial days he was pretty unorthodox, insulting the higher ups on twitter pretty badly, so much so, I am sure they decided to play hard ball with him. That really set him up for failure really. He then went rogue and set up a scheme to defeat the loan charge, very unwise, which now has failed and he has disappeared.
He will be back, the guy is genuine and not a scam artist, right now I am guessing he is licking his wounds and planning on his next course of action. I hope its not another twitter assault on the HMRC senior bods.Vote Corbyn ! Save this country !Comment

What you are saying is bordering on libellous and I suggest you stop letting your anger get the better of you on a public forum and you stop posting such.
As I have pointed out, Phil Manley has helped numerous people arrange longer TTPs with HMRC before HMRC became so accommodating.
Ive also told you people can crack under the pressure of trying to help other people in these situations with HMRC.
Now if you keep up this nonsense, I'll start reporting your posts to the mods. You are perfectly entitled to do the same if you think im Phil Manley. The mods can see his IP address and they can see mine. Ergo.....Comment
