Hello Phil. This sounds very promising. I would be very keen to speak with you. How can I contact you to have a conversation about this legal action. I am an LCAG and WTT member so not sure how this ties in what LCAG and WTT are doing ? -
Have you tried phil@dswtres.com ? Or sending Phil a PM?Originally posted by Shirip View PostHello Phil. This sounds very promising. I would be very keen to speak with you. They'll be ready to go soon. Everyone, keep powder dry...personally, I had hoped they do something on a Friday. As a present, if you will, to HMRC and Behavioural Ingrates.Originally posted by ChimpMaster View PostHas there been any progress on this? Or any update to give us a glimmer of hope?Comment

Well "we're all in this together", unlike the Tory government that brought this in.
I'm way past scared and just angry. Have been dealing with a family member's third breakdown in a year, while watching the LC tulipstorm approach. We know HMRC's game, we know the government, agencies and scheme providers think we're helpless patsys to take the fall. I disagree and I aim to misbehave (within the law) and at least make them sweat. Why not chip in to both LCAG and Big Group, or anyone else if it turns up the heat on Hector and gives government an additional Brexit hangover. Get your money's worth!Comment

no win no fee - where money?
Hi,
Maybe you can't answer this LCAG issue but I was asked to stump up £100 for this on a 'no win no fee' basis (although 100 is a fee?!?...)
A solicitor usually takes this on if they stand to make some windfall if successful so can you at least tell us what that is in this case? It mentions 'tax' paid or potentially saved - would there be some cut of that?Comment

LCAG
Your talking about a membership fee which is completely different and separate from a no-win/no-fee claim action.Comment

Seriously? It's clearly a £100 for full membership, nothing to do with any action being taken. No, details can't be shared outside the group for good reason. For most people caught up in this £100 is the least of their worries and LCAG is doing really good work.Originally posted by QUODM View PostHi,

I would suggest being careful with open discussion. Possibly even delete this. Conversations within the LCAG forums should stay within the LCAG forums until the timing is right.Originally posted by Vincenth1 View PostYour talking about a membership fee which is completely different.Last edited by dammit chloe; 15 September 2018, 07:57.Comment
