    Legal challenge support

    Hi,

Just wondering, how this is funded? Is there an organization which is doing this? Do they need financial support? Can I become a paid member with them?

    Thanks

There is a legal challenge against the LC and its an excellent one in my opinion. More news will be out over the coming week. Long way to go but its a genuine light and one we should all be delighted to see.

More info over the coming weeks but it was an extremely positive meeting and has provided a real chance of success. Clearly there will be a lot of questions and so LCAG/myself/a n others will be happy to provide answers as and when they arise.

There are a few. LCAG are doing great work and most you see in the press recently is being done by them. Their aim is to either remove the Loan Charge or at least get it valid from the royal ascent and remove the retrospective. Here is the link - 2019 Loan Charge Action Group (LCAG) - Loan Charge Action Group

You can join LCAG for a one off charge. They are also crowd funding a judicial review. you will find more info on the above link.

I joined a few months back and never regretted it since.
