 I don't know how people can neck back coffee all day - don't get me wrong, I'm sat with one now but it's my first since I had a cup of tea since breakfast.  Think some things do affect you. Remember once munching my way through two big packets of fruit pastels driving back from a contract and felt totally depressed all weekend. No other reason for it.bloggoth
