                      It turned out to be a pretty interesting talk: she used the collective noun thing as a starting point for comparing common approaches to organising software development projects with the behaviour of various species.

                      Sadly, it turns out that most such projects are organised in a manner comparable with the behaviour of either wasps, or cockroaches
