Maybe Albion would be a reasonable name for England + Wales, as the first recorded name for the British Isles was "Albu" ("white")
Britannia was just a shortened form of something like "Albu Ritania" ("white cliffs").Work in the public sector? Read the IR35 FAQ hereComment
