Urinal. I have only ever heard of one guy who refused to use them and that was because when he was a kid someone tried to grab him whilst he was using one so he always locked himself in a cubicle from then on.

At a pub I worked in many years ago, somebody put a load of disinfectant blocks that were supposed to be one-to-a-cistern in the urinal trough. Granted, the place reeked of stale urine at the best of times, but the smell of these scented blocks was also overpowering.
The weird thing was that many of the regulars lined up at the bar didn't complain so much about the smell of the blocks, but the absence of the reek of piss: "It doesn't smell like a real men's pisser anymore" was how one of them succinctly phrased it, to general agreement and nodding of heads.
