I've had loads of gigs through female agents (well, one in particular) and my first gig was as well. Can't say as I've ever had a problem with them.
OTOH I've never met an utter knobhead who wasn't male. Apart from my ex.While you're waiting, read the free novel we sent you. It's a Spanish story about a guy named 'Manual.'Comment

It was only Friday night that I was consoling a friend who left her marketing job to get away from workplace sexism.
I had honestly thought that we had left that all behind us, as I never see it in my work place, so it must be that construction is more equal than the support sectors… go figure

The thing to remember about IT is that there is still a cohort of middle aged men living with their parents, angry with the world because they lack the courage to smile back at the nice lady at Reception. Gym Twat is one of those, I expect.Originally posted by Halo Jones View PostIt was only Friday night that I was consoling a friend who left her marketing job to get away from workplace sexism.

That phrase probably says more about low level sexism than the blatantly trolling comments of the other posters.Originally posted by psychocandy View PostGot to be fair....Comment

Ah, I see the misogamists are out in force In this thread!
I can almost hear the knuckles scraping on the ground as they heave their vast bulk up from the brown stained sofa, a cascade of food detritus falls to the floor as they try and stand up. They shuffle over to the key board, and after wiping their hands on the curtain begin to type …….
I'm sorry, but I'll make no apologies for this

Likewise, I achieved my highest ever day rate when hired by a line manageress. Technically possibly the weakest person I've ever worked for (scratch that, had an absolute total bimbette back in the permie days) but heart of gold, and not bad eye candy to boot, think Susannah Reid minus a stone.Comment
