Massive agency though, so they have different people filtering CVs, arranging interviews, and doing the paperwork after interview.
First one wouldn't move on rate. She was foreign and had an emotionless monotone voice so you couldn't tell if she was disappointed or playing hardball. Rate was still a jump on the last one so I took it. The next two in the process were both hopeless but I would put that down to the division of labour and lack of motivation at the agency as they probably get no commission for their effort.
The only time a woman put me through for a contract before was when I found the contract directly but needed an agency on the PSL. So that one doesn't count.
