That should end up as a verse in the new bible when you're gone. From the Gospel of Contractor UK.

        To Wendigo and Cowboy Bob

I have just checked on the PCG and they are not happy with your indiscretion re IR35 "news".

They are "investigating" and aim to put you to death for "information terrorism".

Slapped legs all round, I think

Hold on - no forum flaming please.

They're just a bit pissed that a couple of us have broken a bit of privacy rules.

You may disagree with them but those rules are there for a reason - the PCG fora are not public and we've been a bit blase about cutting and pasting some stuff here.

I value both fora for different reasons and I don't want to see bad blood between them because a couple of newbies to CUK are stirring it...

Wendigo and Cowboy already know about this, I'll think you'll find...

The figures aren't actually PCG 1251, it is "Accountants that the PCG ask" 1251. We get asked every month by the PCG how many cases we have won in that month, and these figures get lumped in with all the other accountants and advisors they ask.

Just a heads up for the two reprobates.

They have been naughty and PCG will have it's pound of flesh.

Perhaps they will call their "friends" at the IR35 compliance office and ask them to review two particularly nasty tax avoiders........

You see, this is one of those things that annoys me about the PCG.
They claim to be representative of all contractors, not just their members.

Stuff like this should be made public. It seems petty for them to keep such information as members only.
I am not qualified to give the above advice!

We're are all in this together, I would have thought a breif banning from the other place would be more appropriate.

It's a harsh lesson, but I think that we've got to respect each other.

The PCG remind me of New Labour in so many ways it's frightening.
