Not that I care, but how can you know whether they are happy to live in scruffy house? (no doubt rented and quite possibly ex council by the way).
As for the practice of sharing with strangers, that is actually British way of doing things (only heard of in Warsaw after German occupation).
If UKIP are the answer, then it must have been a very stupid question.

It's interesting that the need for highly skilled talent is being used by some to support free movement of all workers. Can you not see importing cheap labour has nothing to do with getting highly skilled workers?

Yes we need the brightest & the best but let our own nationals serve coffee in Starbucks on minimum wage rather than languishing on benefits.

As to cheap tradesmen as SE pointed out local trades people are undercut by immigrants living cheap in shared housing, maybe only party members will be allowed their own house in future?

LOL! I have never seen any British company looking for highly skilled workers at Polish Universities and Polytechnics. Not enough talent? Look at this: http://www.oecd.org/pisa/keyfindings...s-overview.pdf

They only search my country up and down hunting for the cheapest and most desperate.

is this worthy of a caption competition?

I'll start - "Cheese?! I'm a beaver FFS - how many beavers do you know who eat cheese?!"

Spoke to a neighbour recently. She was ranting on about how the labour coming over can be legally employed at below minimum wage. I shrugged my shoulders at that. Then she went on to say that "local people can't work at that wage". I corrected her and said "You mean they won't work at that wage".

Spock: "Trained? Judging from you, I would have guessed it was trial and error."

Don't be too harsh on his appearance. Finding a candidate who did not have illegals on their staff must have been a challenge.

so you can live with a family earning £6.31 an hour on a zero hour contract?

You will of course give up the security of £18k in benefits to take the job?

They may be unemployed but they aren't that stupid !

And its entirely possible to work for less than the minimum wage, the employer just insists (verbally) you arrive early and leave late without paying you extra.

Graduates are in much the same position the world over. British companies don't generally go to US, German or French Universities either, because they don't need to.

That's really not true. If you have the talent and experience and put the effort in to look for work (it's the same for anyone else who succeeds) British employers will happily employ you. If like the guy I interviewed last year you spend the whole time complaining that "I've been with this company 10 years and they haven't given me the training they promised" you will get nowhere.
While you're waiting, read the free novel we sent you. It's a Spanish story about a guy named 'Manual.'

Don't you have anyone English left on this board you have not insulted yet? So now you try your cheap shots on foreigners?
