    The real issue here is that many types of jobs which are in fact skilled or at least semi skilled are nowadays treated as unskilled, and the hiring choices reflect this attitude. I am sick and tired of paying good money for crap service, just because proprietor hires workers with no skills, no experience and no aptitude, just to increase his margin.

    Yes but in the context i'm talking about less than 10 percent, and being in the most expensive place to rent gave lower overall cost than living in most of the commuter towns.
