When I sneer I have a righteous entitlement to do so on account of the fact that I am not only right but I know how to construct and argue a point. I also do not seek to make arguments with soundbites and cliches.

You are quite happy to dismiss the arguments of others as cliches without providing evidenced logical arguments against them, which makes you a hypocrite as well.

I have argued the self loathing point many times. The liberal educated left are driven by envy and insecurity and they like to attract attention to themselves by being seen to criticise the society and environment that they live in and were brought up in. The left have taken this mantra to the extremes of politics and have sought to destroy the institutions that have served them and their country so well for many years (much of what UKIP stands for).
A recent prime example of this was the attitudes behind the NCCL in accepting PIE into their fold. the "right on" left saw this as a means of undermining the toryesque traditional values of how children were brought up. it has also manifested itself in the carelessness of the border agency (more immigrants to break up the "white" ethnicity of the UK). It spreads itself to every corner of society.

Unfortunately for these people it often bites back when attitudes to sex change and things like paedophilia become completely unacceptable.

Attitudes to Israel and hatred of Jews is another self loathing theme. Israelis live in an affluent democracy surrounded by dysfunctional totalitarian states. Israelis represent ourselves in that they work hard and defend hard against those who wish to destroy them. Whenever an Israeli kills a Palestinian sequesters land defends itself or enriches its people the left manage to create a moral equivalence with acts of inhumanity perpetrated by Hitler, Saddam Hussein or the Iranian government.

The left love to hate the Israelis because it costs them nothing to be seen to care about victims in this way (the Palestinians). All the left care about is being seen to be virtuous and if that means siding with the poor, immigrants, terrorists against the forces of white anglo saxon affluence then so be it.
