Technically no..... I'm still pretty much a Mancunian though as being just outside the M60 is not all that different to being just outside it. Though according to NLUK I am not inside the tuliphole so maybe it does -

- can't do a decent night out - keeps the piss heads off the street i.e. less tulip on the streets
- too much rain keeps the city clean - washes the tulip away
