    - speaking funny - really?
    - can't do a decent night out - keeps the piss heads off the street i.e. less tulip on the streets
    - too much rain keeps the city clean - washes the tulip away

I'd say it's quite far from being a tuliphole.

Technically no..... I'm still pretty much a Mancunian though as being just outside the M60 is not all that different to being just outside it. Though according to NLUK I am not inside the tuliphole so maybe it does

Yes if you got to Moss side on Saturday night at 2am and are white you may have a bad time

TBH I couldn't think of a city with a single ring road to make the joke work except London and I would have gotten more of these comments if I had said London. I did want to pick Birmingham but a hole appeared in the M42, M40, M6, M5 didn't really work.

So long as they didn't tulip on you and you didn't remain silent about it.

A Czekoslovakian midget is on the run from police. He is believed to be hiding in the Manchester area. Police have told the public to beware of anyone asking them to cache a small czech.
