Waist To Height Ratio Calculator

Waist to height is supposed to be a better indicator of overall health than BMI.

You'll need a tape measure for this one.

What I'm not clear on is whether you measure whilst pulling it all in or letting it all hang out. (2" difference in my case )

Can I point out a flaw in the poll.
