On a good day I'm Healthy, Normal, Attractive Weight.
With some brands of trousers I have to go a size bigger and I'm Overweight.

I'm sure last time I bothered to check BMI I think I was obese. Now that I know how slim and fantastic I am I can go have a nice big burger for lunch.

48-50 (not sure my exact waist, it was 34" but I am one belt buckle thinner now)

What I'm not clear on is whether you measure whilst pulling it all in or letting it all hang out. (2" difference in my case )

Presumably you use the size you use for trousers i.e. stand normally.
