The bank scroungers are still the same chav scroungers (and every other scrounger).
People not worthy of a loan want loans. Government promises to make loans available. Population at large vote them in/keep them in. Government forces banks to lend to 'sub prime' borrowers. Credit bubble bursts. Government bails out the banks by lying that it's necessary, and appeases the masses by socialising the risk of keeping your money in a bank (more free tulip), rather than people taking responsibility for themselves.
If people were happy to take responsibility for their own lives then banks wouldn't be in a position to 'scrounge' in the first place.Comment

Nope - UKIP has policies that are attracting almost as many former Labour voters from the north (whose jobs have been pinched by immigrants), as former tories in the south.
