Find a small job that will please her so when she's back you can claim it was harder then it should have been for some reason or another and took most of the weekend. Then spend the rest of the time as suity advises, or in some other epicurean pursuit of your choice.

It's also worth noting that in these circumstances, always make sure the house is no messier on her return than it was when she left. And that you've not left your wanking sock on the sofa by accident.
