Sounds amusing but I respectfully disagree. I'm 62 and not sporty but nothing hurts when I wake up. I actually feel in better shape than 30 years ago, it probably isn't literally true but it feels so. Maybe because being lazy appealed to me when I was young, but now keeping moving until I die, or indeed to postpone it, appeals more. -
