Well he can expect to be interviewed, so if it he posted a bit of code simply to work on at home, probably get a slap on the wrist. It's a bad idea to do anything like this. There was a developer at one bank who pinched code and was offering it to other banks.I'm alright JackComment

At current clientco, sending any email to your own personal email address is an offence worthy of contract termination.
I have a dispensation so I can send a PDF of my timesheet to my business account each week.
Other than that I don't want to test it to find out how strict the policy is.Never has a man been heard to say on his death bed that he wishes he'd spent more time in the office.Comment
