As an adult, I would dearly love to hit kids when they piss me off but I don't because I know that every single person I saw beat a child lost respect rather than gained it and it is shameful for an adult to have so little control over children that they have to resort to violence. what a load of old tosh - each to their own, its a bit like religion, everyone has their view and as long as you dont force your view on me I dont care. I got a few clips when I stepped out of line when I was younger and can say that I think it did me the world of good. Have had to hand out a few clips to the jnr's when they have bulldozed through several lines in the sand of acceptable behaviour and they have turned out to be kids I'm proud of. Do I think they will do the same to theirs when the time comes - probablyComment
