Advice needed - Hog-Roast

I have been tasked with providing the hog roast for my neices wedding, next july

Ideally, I will do it myself from start to finish. Does anyone have any advice or experience of doing this type of thing ?

Yes. Hire someone to do it, a professional hog roast is fantastic and not that expensive. What on earth makes you think you can do a hog roast? You could land up food poisoning the entire wedding.

That's a fair point. EO - you'd need to practice first. Do you know a few dozen gluttons who might like to stand round telling you how to do it right and then hoover up the end produce? Not sure where you'd start looking...

There is no way MF could have googled how many of those 'things' could be inserted in the human rectum. Even hardcore chugging sites wont discuss it openly
