What proportion of climate scientists support the CAGW hypothesis ? the last I heard, it was close to 50/50

I also think that you seriously underestimate how politicised this area of science has become. The head of the NASA team that you referred to earlier can be seen in handcuffs in that link I posted.
These are NOT dispassionate men of science. They are activists, bring their passions into what should be an unbiased search for the truth
      Where did you hear 50/50?

Ah - I see humble AGW has quietly become Catastrophic AGW. Raising the bar and introducing a rather unscientific subjective value judgement. You certainly won't find the word catastrophic in any IPCC report and with good reason. One man's severe weather incident is another family's catastrophe.

Objective surveys of scientific opinion and the literature consistently report support in the high nineties percent for what for want of a better term, I'll call the IPCC position.

But surely this just shows how deep the conspiracy goes?

                and two rebuttals

James Taylor misinterprets study by 180 degrees | Climate Science Watch

The Continuing Denial of the Scientific Consensus on Climate Change

                I did warn you.

You say 'comprehensive', I see a misinterpretation of a survey of meteorologists, which actually found agreement with the concensus amongst those weathermen active in climate research, a survey of a Canadian Geological body, whose members are predominently employed in oil and gas industries, and again was misinterpreted, and a 4 year old report from a geologists' subcommittee of the Polish Academy of Science. The General Assembly of the Polish Academy has endorsed the concensus - as have all national science institutes.

Well this is exciting. EO, if James Taylor is telling a lie, will you change your position as per your Al Gore logic?
