Yeah, the smugometer is off the scale.

A paleo eater is somebody who looks at a bacon double cheeseburger and thinks "that bun'll kill you".

As expat says, modern observation would say no. For all of the crap said about native American Indians using every single bit of the buffalo and wasting nothing, the reality is that they killed hundreds at a time, took the bits they wanted and left the rest to rot.

Somebody should tell Greenpeace. Bloody hunter gatherers, ruining our planet, exterminating the cuddly animals so future generations have nothing. Whatever next? Burning fossil fuels? Cutting down the rainforests?

I am known for picking the meat out of sandwiches, also just buying packets of ham, pastrami etc. Used to do cheese and salami but gave that up when I had to switch to a low fat diet. Beef jerky is a fave snack as well.

            Mmm meat.
While you're waiting, read the free novel we sent you. It's a Spanish story about a guy named 'Manual.'

Erm, doodab mate, you usually have lots of sensible things to say but do you really think any of us should follow your dietary advice?

It's like a contest to see who can get the closest to the line without crossing it...

Yes indeed, I think he's made it clear himself it is a rather wide and stretchy line.
