In reality if I were running for mod my only real election promise would be "banned means banned". Banning and allowing blatant sockie reincarnations is about as effective as the UN.

A tap on the shoulder from an existing mod or Admin followed by a chat over coffee is all that needs to be done. After all, it worked for MI6 for years, what could possibly go wrong
