Scope - That'd be usage of the CUK forums as it's a CUK Forum User Guide you muppet!

Intended audience - That'd be users.

Objectives - To guide the users.

Stakeholders - There is no project so don't have any.

Revisions - This is a working document

Revisions - the document is dated. Surely it should be version controlled as well for consistence as updates may be frequent and the users are across multiple time zones :

OK - so it's a CUK forum user guide, not, as the thread suggests, a CUK user guide. My mistake apparently.

When I read CUK User Guide all I could think of was a fat twunt in a Girl Guides uniform.

Chapter 6 - Reserved words, salutations and exhortations, signing off a post.

Certain words are reserved, and will be placed with suitable psuedonyms. For example (not exhaustive) :

tulip will be replaced with tulip
**** will be replaced with ****
**** will be replaced with ****

Salutations are generally or or depending on the poster you are addressing. For example Hi would be used when addressing MF.

Exhortations. When offering a little encouragement, the phrase "MTFU" is often used, in conjunction with the salutation

Sign offs. Most important is to use HTH, especially when genuinely making no effort to help. If flouncing please use the feature.
