Gig A have failed to produce a contract on the terms I strictly stated before being put forward for the role. I have passed the contract back to be amended to the terms we agreed. This seems to have put things on pause.

I contacted Gig B to see if this stay of execution means they could hammer something out.

I'm sold subject to contract on the other gig. This one is for 6 months, not 3 and is financial services which I've always tried to break into.

Could you do it? Jilt someone at the last minute?

Why not buy a mobile home, take the young family round Europe for 6 months. You deserve it after what you've been through in the last 18 months.
