The programme manager on my previous contract used to kiss everyone good morning. I ran out of places to hide in the end, so had to leave.
Tosser.Practically perfect in every way....there's a time and (more importantly) a place for malarkey.

Knowing who to kiss on the cheek which is the norm in Algeria/Morocco and very offensive to ladies from Egypt, and who to shake hands with is an utter nightmare.
I tend to just wait until they make their move first, if they stick their hand out then great, if they move in then offer a cheek up.... oh yeah, and don't forget some people do one cheek, some do both... Jesus...'CUK forum personality of 2011 - Winner - Yes really!!!!Comment
