Judging by the way that the Border Agency treated my local Indian takeaway a few years ago when it though (wrongly) that they had visa issues to answer. It would not be very hard to pick a phone up and speak to them and ask why you are surrounded by foreign nationals all running LTD companies and if you don't see action the next call will be to the news agencies...

only problem is I suspect your local indian takeaway doesn't offer directorships and fact finding tours to ministers.

though its got to be worth a try.

This thread is hilarious. A shame that it is locked.

Well nice to see they have an active claiming benefits section as well.

If unsure they can rely on a handy benefit entitlement calculator as well

If ever there was a moral argument in favour of minimising your tax liability this is it right here. Can we really afford this kind of thing?

I can think of a number of moral arguments for that.
And what exactly is wrong with an "ad hominem" argument? Dodgy Agent, 16-5-2014

I think Rupert and the Boys at Sky would dine out rather happily at this open ****up. In fact it now seems that more than a small can of worms has now been released into the open just by the simple naming of the client in the initial posting and the discussion of this matter here...

The snag is if there is a scandal, the stupid Government will attempt to oppress all small company owners equally (in their desperation to avoid appearing racist or anti-immigrant)
