It was a long time ago I went - about 10 years - but was really excellent, and not overly commercialised. diggerland as 1 is close by and a good afternoon out
Nessie spotting as we passed there on holiday
The Eek Jrs like going to the pencil museum (especially the shop where they sweet talk the staff to get more discount). Plus the cafe ain't bad and we can just let the girls do the museum by themselves.
