I do recall from my student days a Roger Mellie story in Viz where he was coming up with new TV concepts for his producer, something like 'Celebrity Bumhole.'

Must have been about 20 years ago though!

I was going to say nobody wants to watch a TV program full of arses, but that seems to describe the majority of shows currently broadcast so clearly the demand is there.
