I have been watching this closely. A very light-weight theory, but this automatic trading seems to over react. Dumping of FTSE 100 and 250 stocks on bad, but not fundamentally disastrous, news means nice little, relatively safe, earners over the next six months. Not multi baggers or anything, but certainly good returns. BP in 2010 and Tesco late 2011 come to mind.

What sort of length of time do you trade over? SantaClaus day terades and so avoids equity markets as they are too easy to rig.
