Not really sure what is to be gained trying to show off the quality of a TV using a tulipty phone video in badly lit shop. All I can see is a reflection on the screen.'CUK forum personality of 2011 - Winner - Yes really!!!!

That's not too bad for a new bit of kit.
I paid £1.4k for my 37" LCD and it's only 720P.
Science isn't about why, it's about why not. You ask: why is so much of our science dangerous? I say: why not marry safe science if you love it so much. In fact, why not invent a special safety door that won't hit you in the butt on the way out, because you are fired. - Cave JohnsonComment

Why? I'd certainly not want TVs throughout my house, especially stupid curved ones that won't sit flat on a wall.Originally posted by scooterscot View PostI would have thought anybody with a million pound property portfolio will be having them installed throughout the houseWhile you're waiting, read the free novel we sent you. Or a complete roué, to stick on the bedroom ceiling and play HD porn.
P.S. Message for Sasguru: Not knowing French Sas, you'll be unfamiliar with that word. But just try and guess its meaning from the context. HTH

Oh Sas, you and your chav fascination. Is it your version of kids calling each other 'gay'? A curved TV isn't chavvy, it's got some sophistication. Chavvy is buying a 60" crappy HD-ready flatscreen rather than a decent 40" 1080p for the same money. LED is the opposite of chavvy.
Anyway 55" is a bit small though if you're properly wealthy, you'd want an 80" one. Or that nice 110" I saw the other day.Originally posted by MaryPoppinsI'd still not breastfeed a naziOriginally posted by vetranUrine is quite nourishingComment
