It's a male psychology approach to getting fit. Ride a big old granny bike with shopping attachments and you won't mind going slowly. Ride a serious race bike and wear all the lycra and you'll feel a right wally going slowly, hence you go fast and get fitter. And what exactly is wrong with an "ad hominem" argument? If you are going to be sat on it : in my worst case for up to 9 and a half hours and then knock out a marathon - it had better be comfortable or I can send you some nice linkies to saddle sores

Its a tough skill to get. I finally managed it on Enduroman in June. Was very tough the entire race - but I persevered and did a huge one on the last lap.Originally posted by OwlHoot View PostI know what that split is for - Some of those racing cyclists don't stop to wee
I have to use baking soda on the shoes though.
Also at enduroman on lap 23(of 24) on gthe run course one of the double ladies was taking her 1-piece lycra suit off as I turned a corner. I screamed and she put it back on. I pointed out there was a toilet 50m away and she said "I could not wait that long". I reckon she gets her kicks from weeing in public....Comment

The last time I heard a man scream was when he saw a spider in his bedroom. I had to go and remove it for him."You’re just a bad memory who doesn’t know when to go away" JRComment
