He did say that on a serious run disobeying pretty much every traffic rule, he could watch the petrol tank indicator drop as fast as the rev counter climbed

I think he is beginning to understand why the previous owner only managed 6,000 miles in 6 years with it. Its a seriously beautiful car though.

I bought a 56 plate Toyota Corolla Verso T180 2.2 litre diesel (175hp) just last night - no problems at all.

I prefer their petrol engines. The 1.6 petrol I have is perfect for city driving.
