More or less how I started mine. Always watched the OU stuff on a Sunday morning like the Geology ones which were pretty interesting. I was doing HNC which included maths and an A level Maths is parallel so thought I would just do the M101 maths which should have been a doddle. Slightly different approach to the maths applies/pure so was a little more work but was hooked after that. All the interesting modules were available after that. Did a CAD one which was a breeze as I was working in CAD at the time and by the time I got the easy ones out of the way I was halfway as well.Originally posted by mudskipper View PostTo be honest, it didn't start out as the intention to do a degree. Did a couple of the 10 point courses the OU offers and really enjoyed them, so did the AA100 Humanities intro course. Having done that, I did another, and found I enjoyed the art history side of it, so did the summer school, realised I had half a degree so seemed daft not to carry on.'CUK forum personality of 2011 - Winner - Yes really!!!!
