Booze knackers more than your liver. While you're waiting, read the free novel we sent you. It's a Spanish story about a guy named 'Manual.' -
Yes true, I did add as much as possible, so if you are doing any endurance stuff then you need some. But sitting in front of the TV downing crisps, chips and cakes bread with margarine is much worse than a big steak with loads of butter.Originally posted by Mich the Tester View PostThat depends for a large part on your daily activities. WHS. Should be free if you have your F-111 or whatever it's called.Originally posted by OwlHoot View PostWhy be a victim of the NHS? Surely the solution is simple - Go to a private German doctor.
I would say lay off the booze for a protracted period (like 3-4 weeks) and see if it clears up. There are some other horrible things aside from liver damage that can be caused by drinking too much and one of them has most of the symptoms you describe. It's also unfixable and will kill you if you carry on boozing. You may just have reached the point of no return. While you're waiting, read the free novel we sent you. Do you know low carb diets work because they reduce the calories you consume?"You’re just a bad memory who doesn’t know when to go away" JRComment
