Er, shurely shome mishtake? More is the new less.

Actually Suity you're in Germany so make an appointment at a German doctor (Hausartzt or Allgemeineartzt) and if they're anything like mine you'll get all the tests done there and then and the results a couple of days later.
Brexit is having a wee in the middle of the room at a house party because nobody is talking to you, and then complaining about the smell.

So what else did the doc say it could be?

If it was an NHS GP the answer is:
        1. Don't know
        2. There is nothing wrong with you until you prove otherwise.

Travelling home every weekend is exceptionally knackering, physically and emotionally - since you haven't seen the mrs all week you will subconsciously be trying to have a good time, and not allow yourself to relax properly.

Any chance of switching to a 10-4 fortnight schedule? Either that or a week off.

I was just about to reply to ask if anyone has any stats on how often SY posts about being ill.
Practically perfect in every way....there's a time and (more importantly) a place for malarkey.

True. But why? Why am I always ill. Previous responses include :

You have lots of small children bringing germs home. OK so why isn't SY02 sick all the time then?
You travel a lot. Yep so do other folks I know and they're not sick all the time.

I'll grant you I drink a fair bit compared to the NHS guidelines but I never miss work through hangovers, get blackouts, have people intervening and advising I ease up etc etc. Never get the shakes, never halluscinate.

I'm just a bit of a work hard play hard kinda guy. Again granted I'm pushing 40 and might need to come off the gas a bit, but still I don't see how I am ill all the time because of it.

The only common factor I can see here is the stress. At times when I'm picking up bugs (and arguably drinking more) I'm under heavy stress.

But weirdly at the moment, I'm not that stressed. I'm eating well (not dining out every night), plenty of fresh water and fruit and salad and stuff.
Knock first as I might be balancing my chakras.

                      Body is playing catch up....

Also, if you dramatically change your lifestyle, your body get's into a state of toxic shock.

I have young kids, and they breed germs like vermin; they walk out of an illness after 5 mins, you keep it for a week.
