Wife and I have been contracting for a long, long time. The GL was, relatively, cheap, as it was 3 years old. 90k new, I paid £27k 3 years old. R-Class' depreciate more than Angelina Jolie after a mastectomy and the wife paid £21k for a 2.5 yo model. I have bought new a few times, and apart from the nice car smell, all you do is lose a lot of money. I've had the GL for 3 years now, reckon it's worth 20k and is the best car I have ever owned, not once missing a beat and, well, it's simply the best car I have owned. Hate the R-Class, it's ugly, it's only really got 6 seats and it's ugly.

Did I mention how ugly it is?
