How interesting that the political classes and the rest of you have given up arguing the points of UKIPs policies and are now smearing them instead. This is as good a reason as any to support UKIP. If UKIP were nothing to worry about then (just like all other fringe parties) their arguments would be dismantled by logic.

The political and business elite would be petrified by change.

I'm struggling to understand what their policy/strategy is regarding coping with a globalised economy.
      Perhaps you could enlighten me?
      Hard Brexit now!

What are the policies of labour and the Tories?

I presume this is what you mean:
Maybe Farage should stick a Turban on his head and visit India

We're not talking about Labour or the Tories. I asked you a specific question about UKIP.
          Can you answer or not?

I am putting your question into context. Which is that it is utterly irrelevant to the point of voting for UKIP. I am not going to allow you to sidetrack the "debate" onto a question that bears no relevance to UKIPs position.
If you show me why such a question is of any importance within the spectrum of politics then I will answer it.

You may as well ask what their policy is towards gay marriage as it seems to have more prominence than your question.

How can such an important question (the future of the country's economy in a globalised age) be " utterly irrelevant to the point of voting for" a political party?
Furthermore you seem to be doing the "sidetracking" by refusing to answer the question.
Gay marriage is a non-issue to me.

I'm pretty sure the Scout association ban Paedophiles, yet I bet some are members and on the child abuser forums a few extoll the virtue of being a member? Do the Masons explicitly ban Paedophiles?

My Daughters have both had instruction in other cultures & religions, my youngest actually came home and said she wanted to cook cakes for her teachers, half way through she mentioned oh we can't use gelatine some of the teachers can't eat that because they are Muslim / religiously vegan. I was quite proud.

But it is difficult to go from a basically Christian society to a truly inclusive secular society. Quite a challenge mentally.

Some precepts of Shariah law and some believers in Islam's directions towards women need challenging. my wife & daughters are not chattels with no vote or so morally corrupt that they can't be left alone with a man or have to walk around with a balaclava like sheet over them.

You are a cliche of the UKIP demographic : the middle-aged, poorly-educated, lower-middle class male.
That is why UKIP won't really get very far - there's a limited amount of you.

You are trying to shift the argument away from the day to day issues of EU involvement and immigration - two areas where UKIP appeal to voters. Instead you introduce some high level concept that is utterly meaningless to everyone.

What makes you think any voter gives a sh*t about a political party's policy as to the future of the country's economy in a globalised world?

Gay marriage may be a non issue to you but is far more of an issue to far more people than your stupid question.

We are not long in to 2013 but you already seem intent on nailing down the Cretin of the year award.
