You shall treat all people with respect regardless of race, color, creed, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, disability, age, or national origin.
I'm not sure that everyone thinks you should treat religious people with respect.

Although I think religion is pretty much hokum cokum bunkum, I still respect a persons right to their belief, as long as they don't try to foist it onto me

You're happy for someone to believe in imaginary beings and live according to what they think those beings are telling them to do? How is it moral not to try and help such people?

+1. That doesn't mean that I will shy away from metaphysical or ethical debates when offered the opportunity, because it's something I enjoy. It's also something best enjoyed in an environment of mutual respect.
I do think that there is a certain basic level of respect that is due all human beings. That is largely covered by the other rules in the list and what you might call "good manners".
I would argue that there are some beliefs that are quite provably wrong and I don't think people really have a "right" to those at all. The other day for example I said "it's freezing" and ms doodab said "no it isn't", at which point I had to explain to her that water freezes at 0 degrees C, and therefore it was actually freezing. She then said "well, I don't agree"
