          Why does everyone think there is a purpose? There is a logical reason why I'm not charging rent I earn well decent contractor rates, she earns £22k. If I rinse her for rent then I'm just being silly, I don't need the money. That and the person that asked me to do this as a favour is one of my oldest friends.

              The point is, that by not charging rent, she will be indebted to you. Charge nominal rent - £25 a week or something to keep things 'above board'
