    The point is, that by not charging rent, she will be indebted to you. Charge nominal rent - £25 a week or something to keep things 'above board'

    That it may do. But the real reason I'm doing this is my fear of being homeless myself and that if I turned up on someones door step I'd like to think that they would do all they could to help me.
