Indeed. I don't get why the SD doesn't charge on the increments from the previous band... 1% from £125-250, 3% of the next part, etc. A nice scaling rather than a sudden cliff is daft.

Hold a clear EU in / out referendum before the next election. Its quite simple, but because we dont live in a democracy they wont do it, as they know best.
