WTF? I don't use either red or brown. As far as condiments go Soy with the appropriate food is about it. Mustard, well that's different and lots to choose from.

With what? Ketchup is a good ingredient in chilli for instance. Or a hot-dog... even contractors eat hot-dogs surely, when they fly to NY and watch a game.
